Ashley Bond

Wisdom Co-Founder & Chief Dental Billing Officer

Ashley Bond, Co-Founder & Chief Dental Billing Officer at Wisdom, leads our billing team, focusing on innovative solutions and training for enhanced service quality and efficiency. Previously, Ashley founded Bond Dental Billing, where she developed a nationwide billing service from her initial experience in her father's dental practice. Ashley is a proud member of the ASCA, SCN, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and excellence in the dental billing community.

Stoyan Kenderov

Wisdom Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Stoyan is Founder and CEO of Wisdom. He began his tech career in 1996, co-founding a start-up in German. He co-founded or was part of 6 other tech start-ups in Europe and the US and also held leadership positions in general management, product, technology, business development, and marketing at Intuit, Plastiq, Quicken, LendingClub, Amdocs, and KPNQwest. Stoyan earned a master's in Computer Science and Financial Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. He hold patents in mobile tech, payments, and identity management.

Matt McDonough

Wisdom Co-Founder & Head of Strategy

Matt is the Co-Founder of Wisdom, focusing on providing Wisdom's customer with the most intelligent dental billing workforce. Prior to co-founding Wisdom, Matt was VP of Product at Olive, focused on building the automation platform for large healthcare organizations. Matt began his career in investing technology companies at Drive Capital. He has a BBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Thomas Huston

Head of Engineering

Thomas Huston is Head of Engineering at Wisdom, bringing years of experience at startups and in the healthcare industry. Prior to Wisdom, Thomas was most recently Director of Engineering at Orchard. He was also a founding engineer at Haven, working closely with Atul Gawande and leadership at Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JP Morgan Chase to improve the healthcare outcomes of employees at all three organizations, and was previously an early engineer at SeatGeek and Zocdoc. Thomas holds a BA in computer science from New York University.

Alicia Whitney

Head of Talent

Alicia Whitney is Head of Talent at Wisdom, focused on hiring and retaining the best talent in the business and cultivating a culture of support, collaboration, and continued growth for everyone at Wisdom. Before Wisdom, Alicia led technical and sales recruiting at Orchard and managed hiring and event production at WeWork, where she honed the magic of developing authentic connections and helping people find their perfect next role. Alicia completed her undergraduate studies at New York University and graduate studies at Columbia University.

Karl Andersen

Head of Operations

Karl is Head of Operations at Wisdom, dedicating his efforts to delivering industry leading financial results with attention to superior quality. Before joining Wisdom, Karl brought his operational acumen to a number of healthcare technology companies as an executive leader. Most notably, he was Vice President of Service Delivery at athenahealth, where he led revenue cycle operations for the healthcare technology company.

Brian Becker

Head of Growth

Brian is Head of Growth at Wisdom, helping us connect with more dental practices and introduce a better approach to insurance collections and billing. Brian has spent his entire career in the dental industry, building marketing programs at 1-800-DENTIST, Lighthouse 360, Henry Schein One, and Zocdoc. The common thread in all has been supporting the business needs of dentists and their teams, enabling them to grow while staying focused on patient care. Brian holds a BA in Communication Studies from California State University, Northridge.
