Existing client(s) - We’re available by email or phone and will respond within 24 hours. Enjoy weekly meetings for the first 2 months and always have direct access to your billing team.
We don't have long-term contracts. New clients have a 3-month minimum before switching to month-to-month. All we ask for is a 30-day cancellation notice. We like our work to speak for itself.
Our onboarding is a breeze compared to others in the industry. Typical onboarding takes about 2 weeks from start to finish, and everything you’ll need seamlessly transitions onto existing hardware. A few contracts and credentials will get you started with our HIPAA-compliant remote connection software.
There is very little change to your practice’s operations. The office still posts what is clinically completed with the necessary documentation, and we take it from there. You’ll hold deposits until the next business day once we've completed your posting and checked for accuracy. We've built direct communication into our service, and are available to address any questions or concerns.
